WTKIDS is lead by Vangie Addison and her amazing team that has a passion for children.
WTKIDS is for children PreK through 5th grade.
Each Sunday kids church is divided into 3 parts.
1st Family Time where children sit with the parents for worship in the main auditorium.
2nd Large Group Time where the children are dismissed to the children's building. During Large Group Time, all ages are together for an engaging Bible lesson and relevant music.
3rd Small Group Time where children are separated by grade for application using hands-on actives and discussions.
We encourage our 5th graders to assist in some leadership opportunities for WTKIDS such as media presentations for upcoming lessons.
Our youth (middle and high school students) meet on Sunday evenings from 5 to 7. Our youth has an exciting program that reaches each student where they are on their journey. Each Sunday night, our students are treated with food, fun, and of course a Biblical lesson.
We also have a middle school program that meets each Sunday morning after worship. It provides our middle school with an age-appropriate lesson that teaches them about Jesus. See video by clicking on the logo.
Wednesday evening Bible studies encompass an intimate small-group format. They are held each week from 6:00-7:30 pm and include a time of prayer. Occasional breaks include Masters® week, Thanksgiving and Christmas, and certain times during the summer. Most studies are based on New Testament subject matter.
Our study is led by Bill Rabb. Bill is a native of the mountains of western North Carolina and is married to Joyce Rabb. Together, they have three daughters and six grandchildren. He retired in 2017 after 40 years’ service with the US Department of Defense. During his career, he and his family lived in Washington, California, Texas, Maryland, and overseas in Greece and Tunisia. He committed his life to Christ in 1988 at age 32 and has grown in his faith ever since through prayer, worship, and Bible study. His “life verse” is Philippians 4:6-7. The Rabbs have been part of the WTCC family since 1997. Bill enjoys exercising his spiritual gift of teaching by leading groups through studies of God’s Word. In his spare time, Bill likes to travel and pursue the hobby of geocaching. He is an avid fan of bluegrass music.

Finding Jesus in Community
Led by Vangie Addison
Meets Fridays at 10 from August to May with a few breaks for holidays.
This Bible study is for all women. Whether you are brand new to the church or you have been a Christ-follower for many years, we all need to share life with a small gathering of friends.
No matter where you are in life: married, single parent or young adult. We invite you to dive deeper in the Bible while connecting with other seekers/ believers and build community.
God created us to have relationships. Discipleship groups are where we can find our people. Whether we do this in homes, cafes or at the church building (love, support and growth can flourish.
Led by Tim Padget

Drew Pye runs the AA Ministry that meets each Thursday Night from 6 to 7 pm. Drew has an incredible testimony. Here is a part of his testimony.
I am a father of five and married to the greatest woman in the world for me. I started dabbling with drugs and alcohol when I went off to college at 18. It quickly became an issue, and I went to my first drug counsel and rehab within 3 years of starting. Over the years I have been to many different rehabs and hospitals. Throughout this time, I went to AA and this was the only success of putting together any kind of sobriety that I had. However, I wasn’t ready to quit. I’d put together a year or two and go back to drugs. I even had four years sober but never really was all in. On December 26th, 2013, I was in the lowest place of my life and reached my bottom, again. This time my wife kicked me out. I no longer wanted to live the way I was. My consequences finally outweighed my desire to get high. I was hopeless and broken. I went to a rehab facility and really wanted this new way of life. When I got out, I knew I needed God. I started to go back to AA meetings and really reached out. I came to West Town for the first time and have been here ever since. Through AA and this church, I found God. I found the willingness to do whatever it takes to stay sober. I have been sober ever since. It’s not easy but it has definitely been worth it! My wife let me back in the house and we have a stronger marriage now than ever. My life is something finally worth living. I would have never been able to do this without God and AA.
